Non-listed investments
Non-listed investments in companies and funds are done via private markets. There is a wide variety of options, since 98 out of 100 companies are not listed on the stock market. There are many successful companies among them. Our private markets funds offer you an opportunity to invest in these gems.
However, many of the private market funds are only accessible to the professional investor. This is due to the high entry threshold, which can easily amount to 10 million euros.
IBS offers the possibility to invest in private markets. We do this by setting up our own funds in collaboration with fund managers.
We do this in three categories: private equity, private debt and infrastructure. In addition, we do not only invest in funds, but we also directly invest in companies together with the fund managers. It’s called co-investment.
Listed investments
In this category we offer SilverCross Global Small-Cap Fund.
SilverCross invests in globally listed, smaller companies (small-caps). The focus is on companies that are qualitatively strong, and are attractively valued. These companies offer potential to significantly grow their market value.
You can enter and exit this fund on a daily basis.
We consider sustainability factors
We only consider a fund or company if it acknowledges the UNPRI and/or AICPRI guidelines. And actually, aims to apply the guidelines in their investments and/or business model.
In addition, we apply our own screening to the sustainability policy of the funds. In this screening we assess the applied exclusion policy, implement sustainable improvements and monitor developments in the field of sustainability.
