Dutch Mezzanine Fund I and II focus on medium-sized companies in the Benelux. These funds aim to provide mezzanine loans to companies with a size between EUR 5 million and EUR 15 million with a maturity of 5 to 7 years.

They focus on companies with an annual turnover of between EUR 25 million and EUR 100 million. In addition, they only provide mezzanine capital to companies with a strong track record, stable cash flows, experienced management teams and a proven business model.
