The IBS Distressed and Special Situations Debt Fund invests in the three private debt funds listed below. The fund provides access to distressed and special situations debt strategies from three reputable private debt fund houses. This multi-manager combination creates diversification in terms of style, strategy, investment size and region allocation.
The Apollo European Principal Finance Fund IV. The fund purchases distressed debt and real estate from distressed sellers at a discount to the underlying value.
The Hayfin Special Opportunities Fund III. The fund has a broad mandate that allows them to do deals anywhere in the private debt market where they see inefficient pricing, both within distressed- and special situations debt.
The Pemberton Strategic Credit Fund II. The fund issues new loans to companies that are in a unique situation and therefore need a custom loan, or special situations debt.
