The fund house has more than €1 billion of assets under management and existing investments by SUSI have already provided more than 1,900,000 tons of C02 savings.

The SUSI Energy Transition Fund will invest in projects that contribute positively to the renewable energy transition. Examples include solar, wind and hydro energy projects. In addition, the fund has the expertise and ability to invest in energy storage through megabatteries, smart microgrids and energy efficiency projects. The fund aims to reach a size of €1 billion.

Underlying the fund will be 10 to 15 large-scale renewable energy projects that will be largely funded with capital from the SUSI Energy Transition Fund. These projects use long-term energy supply contracts directly with large customers. In addition, advanced technology such as mega-batteries and smart-grids will be used to increase energy supply stability.
