This fund invests in the Rothschild Five Arrow Secondaries Opportunities (FASO) Fund VI combined with direct co-investments in partnership with Rothschild.
Since 2003, the team behind FASO has been acquiring third-party private equity portfolios. These are large and complex transactions that require expertise and financial clout.
The IBS Five Arrows Private Equity Fund is divided with 65% in Five Arrows Secondary Opportunities Fund VI and 35% in direct co-investments with Rotschild & Co.
The fund can purchase multiple types of private equity portfolios, including: buyouts, expansion capital and growth technology transactions. The focus will be on companies active in IT, B2B Services and Insurance.
FASO will partner with the managers of the acquired private equity portfolios, helping them with new investments, reallocation of capital and fund restructuring, among other things.
